It’s with this in mind that we’ve brought you our very special guide to cheaper touring in this issue (p67) – no matter where you plan to tour in the UK this year, we’ve found some brilliant attractions and campsites that can help save you money! While we’re on the subject of conserving cash, this month we’ve been looking closely at solar power. With energy costs rising all the time (which is very likely to be reflected in inflated site fees in coming months), alternative energy sources are definitely worth considering.
