Regular readers will know and love Sarah Randell’s recipes. Sarah has been food director here at Sainsbury’s magazine for over 10 years and during that time has invented delicious ideas for soups, stews, cakes, pies and so much more. However we couldn’t let her go without a party, and a beautiful evening in July found us, and many of our amazing contributors, toasting her future with wine at Rotunda (rotundabarandrestaurant.co. uk), near London’s King’s Cross. This beautiful bar and restaurant not only has an amazing spot

It was a wonderful evening, with lots of laughs, and I’m pleased to say that Sarah will continue to contribute to the magazine – so expect to be cooking her latest recipes very soon!
