ROBERT RAY BLACK lives in Charleston, South Carolina, where he teaches constitutional law and torts at the Charleston School of Law and in Bozeman, Montana, where he teaches English at Montana State University. He is writing a book on Edward Fitzgerald during the War of Independence in South Carolina.
