SUE PARASKEVA Sue Paraskeva draws on traditional porcelain techniques to produce finely thrown vessels that often refer to personal and political issues.

Using alteration and accident, her work reflects the weakness and strength of the human condition. Through this long-term development she is using an intimate visual language that is bound to her own physical and emotional gestures. She creates individual pieces and installations using the weight and dimensions of parts of the body. Silver wire joins together damaged and disregarded pieces, creating new forms of hope and expectations.
