The phenomenon of breath produces from all the senses the eruption of the human voice. Take matter from a handful of earth: anemos signifies both wind and soul. It’s strange how human relationships are rooted in physical transformations. Gratitude is something natural. Then come acids and crystals, thorns and scales. As though one knew that so close to the transparency of space even colour is left behind as something superceded. Relative to our size then we are at our strongest when we think in terms of material. To have the freedom to stand in light and breathe out, is the first and last of all philosophical movements.
