A woman who used a bankcard that did not belong to her has been fi ned £80.
Holly Maria Grace Parrin, (29), of 93a, Havannah Street, Congleton, used the card on 11th March in Macclesfi eld, purchasing goods worth £138.30.
She had denied the offence but Greater Manchester Magistrates’ Court, sitting in Stockport on 1st October, found her guilty.
She was ordered to pay £300 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a surcharge to fund victim services of £30. The court applied for a deduction from benefi ts order to recover the £410.
