Nice to see the report of the Twinwood Festival in this month’s issue, a further sign that the live scene is opening up. Elsewhere there’s been plenty of action for teds, rockabillies and jivers and anyone without allegiance to any one category who just likes to hear good rockin’ music. We have a decision to make before next month, whether to reinstate the Gig Guide, in the past an essential reference point for weekend gig-goers. The two pages it takes up have been well-filled with other quality material over the past year but we are happy to revert if you want us to. Just let us know through the usual channels!
