EPILOGUE
Did I dream it, or did I once go to Iceland on the recommendation of my uncle Edgar? I think I stayed in Reykjavik, the capital, for two days.
In the Icelandic language Reykjavik means the Bay of Smokes.
This is because around the bay where the city is built, there are wild hot geysers and they steam.
In Reykjavik I met a man who told me about his adventures in the far tundra of the North Pole. He went there with four companions and a pack of malamute dogs to pull their sledges.
