Pioneering European Photography Magazine Launches Extensive Digital Archive on the Exact Editions Platform

European Photography, the exquisitely designed contemporary photography magazine, is now digitally available for creative professionals and enthusiasts around the world to subscribe to via the Exact Editions platform. Individual and institutional subscribers will receive instant and fully searchable access to archival issues dating back to 2018, as well as new issues as they are published, across web, iOS and Android devices.

Founded in 1980 by German artist Andreas Müller-Pohle, European Photography has reflected and shaped the major shifts in contemporary photography – from the renaissance of independent photography in the 1980s, through the digital revolution of the 1990s, to the current upheavals in artificial intelligence – in both theory and practice.

On Exact Editions’ intuitive platform, usability is paramount; issues are neatly organised into stacks by year, contents pages are linked for easy navigation and the advanced search function allows keywords to be located at the click of a button.

We’re excited to offer the photography and art community a modern and user-friendly way to access the rich and exciting content, both visual and textual.”

Managing Director of Exact Editions, Daryl Rayner, remarked: “Influencing photography trends for over 40 years, European Photography has a loyal following which continues to grow as people discover the unique content that the magazine offers. We’re delighted to be working with them to help deliver these new digital subscription options.”
