The Baffler Completes 30-Year Digital Archive

Journal of art, criticism and political analysis The Baffler has completed its 30-year digital archive, supported by the Exact Editions platform’s digital publishing technology. Individuals and institutions can now subscribe to the fully-searchable edition, which includes over 50 issues.

Founded in 1988 by political analyst Thomas Frank as the ‘journal that blunts the cutting edge’ The Baffler is America’s leading voice of interesting and unexpected left-wing political criticism, cultural analysis, short stories, poems, and art. Published six times a year, the publication spotlights both new and established writers and is headquartered in New York City.

Accessible across web, iOS and Android platforms, the contents pages of the newly completed archive are fully linked to allow readers to jump to specific articles at the click of a button. Institutional subscriptions are authenticated by both by IP address and remote access options, meaning users can sign into the archive seamlessly from on and off campus.
